Account Manager – Hydrotreating & Hydroprocessing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead strategic customer relationships in the industrial and energy sectors across the Americas. The role serves as the primary commercial contact for key accounts, collaborating with internal technical, operational, and business teams to drive growth and long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers to understand their operational goals and business needs.
• Drive sales growth of industrial process solutions, equipment, engineered systems and related services across the territory.
• Lead customer engagement activities, conduct regular business reviews and identify new opportunities for process technologies, modular systems and engineered solutions.
• Manage sales targets, revenue and margin expectations, prepare commercial proposals and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, logistics and commercial teams to ensure customer priorities are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience supporting downstream oil & gas, refining, petrochemical or industrial process customers.
• Proven full‑cycle sales experience, from prospecting to contract award and project execution.
• Strong understanding of industrial operations and solution‑based sales strategies.
