Account Manager – Hybrid (Minneapolis)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic sales professional to drive growth across the United States while managing and expanding an established book of business for ICIS, a RELX data and analytics business. The role blends strategic account management, consultative selling, and new‑business development in the energy, petrochemical and fertilizer markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, retain and grow revenue across an established portfolio of accounts.
• Develop strategic account and territory plans aligned with Americas objectives.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships and identify expansion opportunities across the full ICIS solution portfolio.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including RFPs, negotiations and contract closures.
• Partner with Sales Specialists, Marketing, Product and Client Success teams to craft tailored solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, business development or relationship management.
• Proven success managing and growing a book of business in a technology‑driven environment.
• Experience selling AI‑enabled, SaaS, data or other technology‑driven solutions.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Industry experience in chemicals, energy, commodities, supply chain or related markets.
