Account Manager – Finance and Accounting

About the role

Infosys BPM Limited is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead business development and relationship management within the Finance and Accounting (F&A) domain. You will work with a global client base, expanding service offerings and driving revenue growth across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance market share by conducting market development and competitive analysis for assigned accounts.
• Identify and open new service lines within existing accounts.
• Prepare proposals and statements of work (SOWs) for the portfolio.
• Provide business‑led insights during contract negotiations.
• Engage multiple departments and buyers to expand Infosys’ footprint.
• Maintain healthy, long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education).
• 10+ years of sales, relationship management, or account management experience in the BPM industry.
• 10+ years of experience in the Finance & Accounting sector with strong B2B exposure.
• 5+ years of proven sales/account management experience in F&A or BPM.
• Demonstrated ability to sell BPM services and solutions to F&A clients.
• Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry, business case creation, and financial analysis.
• U.S. work authorization that does not require employer sponsorship.
