Account Executive – US Market

About the role

RobCo is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the United States. You will own the full sales lifecycle, building partnerships with industrial enterprises and delivering autonomous robotics solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified enterprise pipeline in close collaboration with SDRs.
• Own complex B2B sales cycles from discovery to contract execution.
• Communicate technical ROI of RobCo’s AI‑driven automation to C‑level executives and plant leaders.
• Partner with Solution Engineering and Product teams to align specifications and deliver tailored proposals.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene in Hubspot, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
• Travel across North America for client site evaluations, trade shows, and off‑site events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4‑6 years of enterprise B2B sales experience in tech, SaaS, robotics or industrial automation.
• Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR quota and negotiating complex enterprise agreements.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, production cycles, and payback analysis.
• Willingness to travel 50‑75% within North America.

• MEDDPICC or SPIN sales methodology
• Knowledge of CNC machine tools and Robotics‑as‑a‑Service (RaaS) models
• Experience presenting technical solutions to both plant managers and CFOs
