About the role
Player 15 Group is looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue through suite leases and premium hospitality sales across its sports and entertainment venues. This high‑impact position will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract execution, while supporting broader premium sales initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business revenue by selling suite leases and premium hospitality products.
- Manage the complete sales process, including prospecting, discovery, proposal development, and contract signing.
- Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking, in‑person meetings) to qualify new opportunities.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to meet individual revenue targets.
- Present customized proposals aligned with client objectives and organizational priorities.
- Leverage games, arena events, and hospitality experiences to build relationships and advance sales.
- Record all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, service, and sales leadership to support premium sales campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales, ticket sales, hospitality, or related experience.
- Strong prospecting, relationship‑building, and communication skills, including presenting to senior decision‑makers.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process while handling multiple opportunities.
- High organization, time‑management, and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, team‑first mindset and adaptability in a performance‑driven environment.

- Proficiency with CRM systems and commitment to data accuracy.
