Account Executive - Solar Drafting Services (Remote)

About the role

Nir Yu is a growing solar drafting and design firm supporting residential and commercial solar installers nationwide, known for accurate plan sets, fast turnaround and very low revision rates. It is expanding its outbound sales efforts and is hiring a fully remote Account Executive based in Latin America. The role is sales-focused and centers on outbound prospecting: reaching out to solar installers and contractors by cold calling, email and LinkedIn to generate new business, and booking meetings with qualified leads so the CEO can close the deals.

Key responsibilities

• Research and engage prospective solar installers and contractors.
• Book and lead introductory and discovery calls with owners and decision makers.
• Create and manage an active pipeline.
• Keep CRM records current and give regular updates to leadership.
• Work with leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve the sales process.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or outbound prospecting.
• Demonstrated comfort with cold calling and proactive outbound outreach.
• Experience in the solar, construction, engineering or related technical services industry.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fully remote environment.
