Account Executive - Outside Sales, Sioux City

About the role

iHeartMedia, the largest audio company in America, is hiring an Account Executive for its Markets business in Sioux City, Iowa. The role is to sell broadcast and digital marketing products to clients, growing business locally, regionally and nationally.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the broadcast and digital marketing products and identify new business opportunities through in-person client meetings and research.
• Cultivate existing business using the full product suite.
• Drive revenue together with internal partners and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver data-backed sales presentations and use storytelling to meet client expectations.
• Generate leads through daily cold calling and outreach to prospective clients.

Required profile

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, expert negotiator and proactive; comfortable with cold calling.
• Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving and persuasive communication skills.
• Able to plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and a high school diploma (college degree preferred).
• Digital/media sales experience is a plus; experience with multi-platform campaigns, analytics, iHeart or audio advertising and market connections are a bonus.
