Account Executive, Gov & Healthcare (French-Speaking)

About the role

Canva is looking for a French‑speaking Account Executive to own the public sector and healthcare lifecycle. You will partner with a Customer Success Manager to drive monthly active user (MAU) growth across government and health institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy, planning and results for identified government and healthcare accounts.
• Onboard new accounts and provide strategic sales support for multi‑department deployments.
• Maintain a predictable, healthy business by delivering a jointly agreed transformation strategy.
• Build close relationships with public sector and healthcare users to understand their needs.
• Analyse usage data to identify trends and inform product and marketing plans.
• Continuously test, learn and iterate on lifecycle strategies to improve retention and engagement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of enterprise account executive experience with a proven record of closing complex deals.
• Experience selling to government and/or healthcare organisations.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of how large institutions roll out new technology.
• Excellent communication skills that simplify complex concepts.
