Strategic Accounts Manager – MedTech

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager Strategic Accounts for Shockwave Medical to drive business growth across the San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas regions. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with hospital customers and advancing the adoption of Intravascular Lithotripsy technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key hospital‑level customers and influence VAC approval processes.
• Execute strategic initiatives from IDN level down to individual accounts, driving innovative solutions and partnerships.
• Collaborate with sales leaders, cross‑functional teams, and marketing to create and deliver value propositions.
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with KOLs in the cardiovascular interventional space.
• Measure and report the impact of KOL engagements to refine market access strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of territory sales experience in medical devices, preferably cardiovascular interventional.
• Proven sales experience with catheter technologies, endovascular, atherectomy, or stent products.
• Strong understanding of contracting and VAC processes.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
