Account Executive, Expansion, Mid-Market

About the role

Deel is looking for an Account Executive focused on expansion within the Mid‑Market segment across North America. You will join a fast‑growing SaaS company that provides an all‑in‑one payroll and HR platform for global teams, helping businesses hire and pay workers in more than 150 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a defined list of prospective and existing accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing.
• Present tailored solutions that communicate Deel’s value proposition.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach and inbound lead follow‑up.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to mid‑market customers.
• Strong ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored proposals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
