Account Executive – Advertising Sales

About the role

Connoisseur Media is seeking an Account Executive to sell its radio, event, and digital advertising solutions to small and regional businesses as well as agencies. You will represent both the broadcast stations in the Chicago North cluster and Connrex Digital, building relationships that help clients grow.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold‑calls and networking to secure appointments with business decision‑makers.
• Present and sell radio, event, and digital media products, including WIIL, WKRS, WLIP, WXLC, WZSR and Connrex Digital services.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and consultative conversations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time‑management skills.
• Outgoing, gregarious personality with the ability to sell to a wide range of clients.
• Valid driver’s license and fully insured personal vehicle.
