Account Director, Paid Media

About the role

Gupta Media is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead its Paid Media practice. The senior role will oversee global campaigns for high‑priority clients, driving performance across e‑commerce, brand, live‑event and lead‑generation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, including regular communication and occasional travel to strengthen partnerships.
• Lead a team of Associate Account Directors, analysts and coordinators, overseeing hiring, training and career development.
• Develop and execute media strategies, staying current on digital platform trends, programmatic developments and emerging channels.
• Provide strategic insights and performance analysis for campaigns across Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Oversee media budgets exceeding $2 million annually, ensuring optimal spend and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business or Economics.
• 10+ years of agency experience managing complex, high‑spend media accounts.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering results for national or global brands.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for digital marketing innovation.
