Account Development Specialist – Aspect Fine Wine (Orange County North)

About the role

The Aspect Fine Wine Account Development Specialist leads sales for a defined portfolio of wine brands within the Orange County North market. Reporting to the sales management team, the role focuses on growing market share and velocity through brand activation, customer education, and strategic account planning.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for the assigned wine portfolio, spending the majority of time in‑market.
• Act as the expert consultant for key accounts, presenting new products, conducting monthly business reviews, and developing beverage‑menu solutions.
• Collaborate with trade development and sales management to accelerate new brand launches and speed‑to‑market.
• Plan and execute high‑end consumer activations and merchandising initiatives tailored to account needs.
• Gather and report real‑time market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence to inform growth strategies.
• Develop and deliver training modules for sales teams, customers, and suppliers on sales trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain strong relationships with account gatekeepers and ensure appropriate distribution of the category across the account base.

Required profile

• Proven experience in beverage or wine sales, preferably within on‑premise or retail environments.
