Account Development Manager - Enterprise Team

About the role

iHeartMedia Markets is hiring an Account Development Manager for its Enterprise Team in St Petersburg, Florida. You will work alongside a Senior Enterprise VP to pursue new business, strengthen client relationships and gain hands-on experience across the full sales cycle, with direct mentorship. The position is full-time and salaried.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities.
• Secure meetings with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other networking methods.
• Partner with the Enterprise VP to develop and close new business.
• Support existing accounts by identifying upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop client presentations and proposals.
• Stay informed on marketing trends and available products and services.
• Track sales activities and opportunities in CRM and work toward individual and team revenue goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Sales, business development or SDR experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong prospecting and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated, collaborative and eager to learn, with openness to feedback and coaching.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn or ZoomInfo is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
