Account Coordinator

About the role

Amaze Health, a virtual concierge care provider, is looking for an Account Coordinator in Denver to support its members and Account Management team. The role is the operational backbone of the team, covering accurate enrollment, eligibility management, client support and reporting, and is open to someone who wants to grow into a future Account Management position.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from members, employer groups and HR teams about benefits, services, enrollment, eligibility and account access
• Investigate and resolve account issues such as enrollment questions, welcome email concerns and system access requests
• Coordinate with internal teams and Account Managers and escalate complex issues
• Process enrollment and eligibility files and upload and validate employee enrollment data, fixing discrepancies before processing
• Support onboarding of new employer groups, including account setup, eligibility changes and terminations
• Maintain accurate records and account data
• Assist with client reporting, data requests and enrollment tracking, and prepare materials for client meetings
• Help coordinate client onboarding and implementation activities

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, benefits administration, account coordination or a related role
• Experience with healthcare benefits, enrollment and eligibility processes, HRIS, CRM or benefits administration platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Teams
• Spreadsheets and reporting data
