Account Coordinator

About the role

Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As an Account Coordinator, you will support the management of client accounts and keep communication, deliverables and priorities organised. You will work closely with Account Managers and marketing specialists to ensure client needs are understood, projects stay on track and commitments are followed through.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Managers with day‑to‑day client communication and account coordination.
• Track client requests, deliverables, deadlines and approvals across multiple accounts.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams to keep client work moving on schedule.
• Prepare meeting notes, status updates, reports and presentation materials.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and approvals with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate account information, project documentation and client records.
• Assist with preparing client meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify potential issues or delays and raise them early with the Account Manager.

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, marketing or a related role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients and following up on requests.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and next steps.
• Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn different marketing channels.

• Project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com).
• Spreadsheet software.
• Presentation software.
