About the role
Doyle Elementary is looking for a certified elementary teacher to lead a 5th grade classroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the curriculum, fostering a supportive learning environment, and collaborating with school staff to ensure student success.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess instruction aligned with state standards for 5th grade.
- Create engaging lesson plans that address diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Manage classroom behavior and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events.
Required profile
- Valid elementary teaching certification.
- Experience teaching or working with 5th grade students.
- Strong knowledge of elementary curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
