2nd Shift Material Handler – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Material Handler to join our logistics team at Bosch’s Lincolnton facility. You will ensure smooth receipt, storage and distribution of parts to support production on the evening shift.

Key responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, open boxes, crates and containers, and inspect for damage and accuracy.
• Unpack, label and put away materials, and pick parts to pre‑package orders according to customer specifications.
• Load and unload trucks and perform any additional material‑handling tasks as needed.
• Enter transactions in SAP and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Maintain 5S standards and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives for material flow.
• Work overtime on short notice and perform other related duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, packing labels and purchase orders.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 lb.

Required skills

• SAP data entry.
• Operation of forklift, pallet jack, hoist and crane.
• Basic computer proficiency.
