1:1 RN Nurse – Flexible Home Health Role

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses for one‑on‑one home health assignments in the Clarks Summit area. The position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and the chance to expand clinical skills with advanced adult and pediatric care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individualized, in‑home nursing care to adult and pediatric clients, including advanced procedures such as tracheostomy care and ventilation management.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using AlayaCare and coordinate with the 24/7 clinical support line.

Required profile

• Current, valid RN license in the United States.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Proficiency in tracheostomy care.
• Experience with ventilation management.
• Ability to use electronic charting systems (AlayaCare).
