About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one‑on‑one home care across a variety of client ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Flexible scheduling and a supportive culture are core to the position.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver personalized nursing care in clients' homes, matching cases to minimize commute.
- Utilize electronic charting with Statewise and follow 24/7 on‑call clinical support guidelines.
- Participate in paid training, simulation labs, and ongoing education before and during shifts.
Required profile
- Current valid nursing license in the United States.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Required skills
- Electronic charting using Statewise.
