1:1 LPN, Flexible Scheduling

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for one‑to‑one client care in the Williamsport area. Flexible scheduling options include full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions serving adult and pediatric clients across Lycoming County.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to assigned client homes, follow doctors' orders, and provide personalized nursing care.
• Perform assessments, monitor conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a valid LPN license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and deliver compassionate, reliable care.
