1:1 LPN – Flexible Scheduling

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for 1:1 home care assignments in Danville and surrounding towns. The position offers flexible scheduling, allowing nurses to choose daytime, night, weekend or high‑tech cases based on personal preferences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one patient care in the client’s home, covering adult and pediatric populations.
• Document care using electronic charting software (AlayaCare) and follow agency protocols.
• Participate in paid training, simulation labs and ongoing clinical support.

Required profile

• Current, valid U.S. nursing license.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic charting platforms, specifically AlayaCare.
