1:1 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Private Duty

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one private duty care for adult and pediatric clients in the Hackensack area. You will work independently in clients' homes, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care while enjoying flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s home on a schedule you choose and provide hands‑on care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Maintain accurate electronic charting using Statewise and communicate observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program with a valid LPN license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Passion for caring for adults and/or children across a wide age range.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic charting systems (Statewise).
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and document care accurately.

What we offer

• Hourly pay $30‑$35 (up to $40 for weekend shifts) with weekly pay every Thursday.
