1:1 Home Care RN – Night Shift

About the role

BAYADA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide one‑to‑one home care during night shifts for clients in the Raleigh area. You will deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in clients' homes while enjoying flexible scheduling and supportive onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s residence and provide individualized nursing care.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Record observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately.
• Maintain autonomy while delivering care in the client’s home and, when needed, at school.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma required).
• Current RN license in good standing in the state.
• Preferred: at least one year of nursing experience (LPN or RN).
