Workshop Sales Representative – Eastern Pennsylvania

About the role

As a Workshop Sales Representative for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket, you will be the primary point of contact for independent repair shops across Eastern Pennsylvania. You will promote the full Bosch product portfolio, build workshop loyalty, and drive parts pull while representing Bosch’s brand and service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular in‑person visits to independent repair shops and targeted accounts to build relationships and identify needs.
• Represent Bosch as the local field contact, reinforcing brand value, program benefits, and available parts, tools, equipment, diagnostics, and services.
• Identify, qualify, and onboard new Workshop Partner prospects and increase participation in loyalty programs.
• Educate workshops on Bosch product coverage, quality, availability, and purchasing pathways to drive parts pull.
• Support field campaigns, sales blitzes, distributor events, training opportunities, and product demonstrations.
• Capture accurate visit details, contacts, opportunities, feedback, and follow‑up actions in Bosch systems.
• Provide market intelligence on competitive activity, customer objections, and product opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal Bosch teams, distributors, agencies, and sales leadership to resolve issues and meet territory objectives.
• Maintain disciplined territory routine, including route planning, visit prioritisation, timely reporting, and follow‑up tasks.

Required profile

• Strong field sales and relationship‑building skills with the ability to engage shop owners.
• Proven ability to capture accurate data and report in CRM or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to manage a defined sales territory.
