About the role

Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors! This full‑time W‑2 sales role lets you focus on closing deals while 90 % of the work is pre‑qualified before you meet the customer.

Key responsibilities

Meet with 2–3 pre‑qualified customers daily.
Deliver engaging, in‑home sales presentations.
Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship (promotion from within).
Enjoy a supportive, team‑first environment.

Required profile

A confident communicator and natural relationship‑builder.
Driven to succeed and grow.
Proven experience in sales with a strong track record.

What we offer

Base compensation ranging from $100,000 to $300,000+ per year with a 70 % advance up front and no commission cap.
Weekly pay every Friday and monthly performance bonuses (trips, electronics, events).
Health, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days.
Paid training, flexible schedule, and gas/toll reimbursement.
Local appointments based on your residence.
