Workday SCM Consultant – Advanced English (C1/C2) – 100% Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to support a strategic enterprise transformation initiative. The consultant will work remotely with stakeholders across the United States and Central America, delivering high‑quality Workday solutions and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, and Strategic Sourcing.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and propose effective solutions.
• Support testing, documentation, deployment, and user‑adoption activities.
• Provide functional expertise and best‑practice guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience working with Workday SCM.
• Proven expertise in Procurement, Inventory Management, and Strategic Sourcing.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain business processes and advanced Workday configurations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).
