About the role

The Workday Finance Industry Principal will lead large‑scale finance ERP initiatives, partnering with senior stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes and ensure seamless adoption of Workday solutions across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and achieve consensus.
• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk‑management strategies.
• Monitor project margins and align performance with financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates.
• Lead resource allocation and set performance objectives for project teams.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps for smooth adoption.
