About the role
Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud member of the Renuity family, as a Window Install Helper. You will work on home remodeling projects, installing windows and applying finish work to meet company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
- Apply finish work as needed for each construction application.
- Communicate with management after each installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
- Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
Required profile
- At least 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
- Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
