About the role

Mad City Windows & Baths, a reputable remodeling company backed by Renuity, is hiring immediate Kitchen Install Technicians to join its expanding Midwest and East Coast teams. The role involves installing home remodeling products, answering homeowner questions, and coordinating final payment with the office.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner upon completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Commitment to quality‑work standards.
