About the role
Join Jet Direct Mortgage as a Weekend Open House Brand Ambassador and gain hands‑on experience in real estate, mortgage banking, sales, and marketing while working a flexible weekend schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Attend realtor open houses and welcome buyers.
- Check in visitors and have them scan your personalized QR code to capture their information.
- Connect prospective homebuyers with Jet Direct Mortgage and arrange introductions to licensed loan officers.
- Represent the Jet Direct brand professionally throughout the event.
Required profile
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking with people.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work weekends.
- Interest in real estate, finance, or sales; college students and aspiring professionals encouraged.
What we offer
- $20 per hour base pay.
- $25 bonus for each qualified mortgage appointment set.
- $150 bonus for each borrower who completes a mortgage pre‑qualification.
