Weekend Caregiver – $250 Sign‑on Bonus

About the role

Join Commonwise as a Weekend Caregiver and enjoy flexible scheduling, a competitive hourly wage, and a $250 sign‑on bonus after 80 hours. You will provide compassionate in‑home support to clients, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
• Support Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and hobby assistance.
• Advocate for clients in community settings and ensure their safety.

Required profile

• Heart for caring and a commitment to the mission “To truly care for people.”
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 20–50 lb and frequent bending.
• Driving may be required; strong communication, visual, and auditory abilities.

Required skills

• Experience providing personal care and support to individuals in a home‑care setting.
• Familiarity with ADL and IADL assistance.
