Webflow Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Webflow Developer to join our high-performance team of designers, product managers and engineers. You will translate complex UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow sites and work directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality Webflow projects.
• Translate complex UI/UX designs from Figma into fully functional, responsive Webflow websites that are pixel-perfect across breakpoints.
• Interface directly with clients to understand requirements, plan projects and recommend optimal Webflow solutions.
• Architect and manage robust Webflow CMS structures for scalable, easy-to-maintain content updates.
• Implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and integrate third-party libraries such as GSAP to extend Webflow’s native capabilities.
• Build smooth Webflow native interactions, scroll animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
• Optimize sites for performance, technical SEO and WCAG web accessibility standards.
• Evolve engineering best practices, components and reusable patterns across Webflow projects.
• Contribute to internal R&D and innovation initiatives alongside client work.

Required profile

• Strong ability to work collaboratively with designers, product managers and engineers.
• Excellent communication skills for direct client interaction and requirement gathering.
• Proactive involvement in internal research, development and innovation projects.
