Web3 Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition

About the role

Sei Development Foundation is looking for a passionate Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for its fast‑growing Web3 ecosystem. Based in New York, you will partner with leaders across Business Development, Growth, Product and other functions to attract top‑tier blockchain talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and close high‑impact Web3 professionals across the US, EMEA and APAC regions.
• Design and execute personalized outbound campaigns targeting passive candidates.
• Build and maintain high‑quality pipelines for multiple open positions, balancing speed and rigor.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Track sourcing metrics, iterate on strategies, and keep the ATS up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for Web3 or blockchain startups on a global scale.
• Deep understanding of the current Web3 talent market, especially at L1/L2 protocols.
• Strong research, outreach and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a track record of influencing hiring managers.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in a hybrid, async environment.
