Web E-Chat Representative – Remote US

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused Web E‑Chat Representative to join our service team. You will be the first point of contact for customers via web chat, delivering professional and timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and promptly respond to customer inquiries through web chat, aiming for fast resolution without compromising quality.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Document all customer interactions with detailed notes and report significant feedback to management.
• Collaborate with team members, share insights in regular meetings, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a digital environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, patient approach.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting and adapt quickly to new technologies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• High typing speed and accuracy.
