Web Developer – UX/UI & SEO (Austin)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Web Developer to join a fast‑growing Austin‑based manufacturer. You will work directly with the CEO, shaping the company’s web presence, building internal tools, and driving SEO strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the external website while creating custom internal applications.
• Transition the current WordPress site to a modern, scalable platform.
• Implement responsive designs using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives and monitor performance with analytics tools.
• Collaborate on UX/UI improvements to enhance user experience.

Required profile

• Desire to become the primary web development resource for the company.
• Motivation to take ownership of projects and grow a long‑term career.
• Experience with WordPress (even though the goal is to move away from it).
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools.
