Web Developer (Growth & Conversion Optimization)

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer who will build high‑converting web experiences in Webflow, own the end‑to‑end development of landing pages, conversion funnels and website features, and drive growth through technical optimization and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑performance Webflow sites, custom JavaScript interactions, and advanced CMS architectures.
• Architect and implement integrations, APIs, webhooks, and automation that connect web properties to our CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools.
• Create and maintain A/B testing frameworks, experimentation infrastructure, and personalization engines to improve conversion rates.
• Balance rapid shipping with code quality, refactoring when needed, and ensuring performance, accessibility, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Explore advanced animations (GSAP, Three.js) and dynamic personalization while keeping performance and conversion at the forefront.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, including at least 3 years building conversion‑focused websites.
• Expert‑level Webflow development skills with complex CMS implementations and custom code.
• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, writing clean, maintainable code.
• Proven ability to integrate REST APIs, handle OAuth flows, and debug complex integration issues.
• Experience with modern tooling such as Git, Node.js, React (or similar), serverless functions, and build tools.
• Track record of improving conversion rates through technical CRO, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Portfolio showcasing live Webflow sites, advanced functionality, and end‑to‑end project ownership.
• Analytical mindset with business acumen to understand how code impacts revenue and user behavior.
