Warehouse Lead – Manage Operations & Staff

About the role

The Warehouse Lead will direct daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory control, and safety compliance. Reporting to the Manager, you will work Monday‑Friday with flexibility to meet departmental needs.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically manage warehouse layout and space utilization in line with company policies.
• Oversee receipt, storage, value‑adding services, and dispatch of diverse products.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure smooth logistics.
• Plan work rotas, assign tasks, coach staff, and evaluate performance.
• Produce regular reports, monitor service quality, and enforce safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or related operations.
• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Hands‑on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• Knowledge of warehousing KPIs and best‑practice procedures.
