Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator supports Logistics associates in receiving, inventorying, and shipping materials to meet internal and external customer expectations. This onsite role involves coordinating deliveries, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate data in SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Create deliveries, assign and schedule carriers, and generate Bills of Lading for domestic and international shipments.
• Process internal material requests, assist with cycle counting, receiving, and other warehouse tasks.
• Enter and maintain shipping and inventory data in SAP modules, ensuring data integrity.
• Verify shipment accuracy, documentation completeness, and compliance before carrier pickup.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Repair, Logistics Planning, and external customers to resolve shipping inquiries.
• Assist Warehouse Associates during peak periods and special projects.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory verifications to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• High School diploma or GED; 1+ years logistics experience or an Associate's degree in Business or Supply Chain.
• Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and follow instructions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management/Warehouse Management (MM/WM) modules.
