Warehouse Associate Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate Lead to join our performance team in Garden City, GA. This full‑time, second‑shift position (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday‑Friday) oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring material flow and order fulfillment meet our high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 10+ warehouse employees.
• Read production schedules, work orders, and shipping orders to determine material movement.
• Transport materials from receiving or production areas to storage locations or designated stations.
• Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fill requisitions and distribute tools or stock items to production workers.
• Assemble customer orders, palletize them, and move them to packing or shipping.
• Label materials, record receipts and distributions, and weigh or count items for accuracy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• One to three months of related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lead a team, identify problems, and communicate with supervisors.
