About the role
The Warehouse Associate Lead is responsible for overseeing manual warehouse operations such as unloading, picking, and packing. This position ensures that daily tasks are performed efficiently and safely while supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute unloading of incoming shipments.
- Manage picking and packing activities to meet order deadlines.
- Supervise warehouse associates, operators, and workers to maintain productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in inventory control and reporting as needed.
