Warehouse Associate Lead – 2nd Shift

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate Lead to join our 2nd‑shift team in Garden City, GA. This permanent, onsite position oversees daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of materials while supporting a culture of honesty and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 10+ warehouse employees, directing tasks and maintaining productivity.
• Read production schedules, work orders, and shipping orders to determine item movement.
• Transport materials from receiving or production areas to designated storage locations.
• Sort and place items on racks, shelves, or bins according to size, type, or code.
• Fulfill requisitions and distribute tools or stock to production workers.
• Assemble customer orders, palletize items, and move orders to packing or shipping stations.
• Label materials, record receipts and distributions, and weigh or count items for accuracy.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1‑3 months related experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team.
• Attention to detail and adherence to company standards.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with warehouse management tools and labeling systems.
• Ability to read and interpret production and shipping documentation.
