Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, as a Warehouse Associate supporting receiving, storage, and distribution for home‑improvement projects. You will keep the warehouse organized, ensure inventory accuracy, and help deliver materials to job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
• Maintain physical condition of the warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts, inspecting equipment, issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, to place products and materials in proper locations.
• Load and log materials onto trucks, noting returned materials, and prepare jobs and materials for crews.
• Clean trucks (both inside and out) and deliver material or transport employees to job sites.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lb regularly and follow safe warehouse practices.
• Willingness to deliver product between offices daily.
• Forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of home remodeling products or construction materials is a plus.
