Warehouse Associate

About the role

Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations across our network. The role involves maintaining inventory, operating equipment, and delivering materials to job sites while ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Control inventory levels through regular physical counts.
• Plan and implement warehouse layout changes, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repairs.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to place products and materials correctly.
• Load and log materials onto trucks, note returned items, and clean trucks inside and out.
• Prepare jobs and materials for crews, deliver materials and transport employees to job sites.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1‑2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lb regularly and follow safe warehouse practices.
• Willingness to deliver products between offices daily.
• Forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of home‑remodeling products or construction materials is a plus.

Required skills

• Forklift operation.
• Inventory counting.
