About the role
As a Warehouse Associate II you will support customers through fast, precise picking and packing for internal and external teams. This role directly influences customer satisfaction and contributes to the growth of Alfa Laval.
Key responsibilities
- Pick material and finished goods from the warehouse according to production orders.
- Load and unload goods while verifying quantities and packaging integrity.
- Handle incoming inspection activities (GRI) and report non‑conformities.
- Control inventory levels and conduct cycle counts for accuracy.
- Organize stock efficiently and manage the flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Execute production tasks in alignment with ALPS standards and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Adept at using computers and Warehouse Management System (WMS) technology.
