Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift (AT1)

About the role

Join Bosch’s Atlanta warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate on the 1st shift (AT1). You will support inbound, stock management and outbound operations, ensuring accurate handling, labeling and storage of parts and materials.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inbound, stock management and outbound tasks, including material handling, packaging and label application.
• Prepare parts for shipment, verify quantities, maintain inventory records and conduct stock counts.
• Operate hand‑powered and semi‑automated equipment such as scales, postage meters, conveyors and RF scanners.
• Follow printed work orders and verbal instructions, using computer terminals for data entry.
• Maintain records related to receiving, inventory and shipping, and assist in other warehouse areas as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–6+ months of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lb and perform basic arithmetic, reading, writing and measuring tasks.
• Willingness to work the 5:00 am – 1:30 pm shift, including overtime and Saturdays as required.
• U.S. work authorization; no future sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Microsoft Outlook and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS DLX, WMS BY).
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and computer terminals.
