Volunteer UX Designer Instructor (Remote)

About the role

Outcome School is seeking volunteer instructors to teach UX design remotely. As a UX Designer Instructor, you will guide underserved and minority youth through core design concepts, helping them build job‑ready skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lessons based on a structured UX curriculum.
• Mentor students, review their projects and portfolios, and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the Outcome School team to continuously improve instructional materials.

Required profile

• Strong commitment to empowering underserved youth.
• Excellent communication and teaching abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, volunteer‑based setting.
• Prior experience in UX design; teaching or mentorship experience is a plus.
