About the role
Outcome School is seeking volunteer instructors to teach UX design remotely. As a UX Designer Instructor, you will guide underserved and minority youth through core design concepts, helping them build job‑ready skills.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lessons based on a structured UX curriculum.
- Mentor students, review their projects and portfolios, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Outcome School team to continuously improve instructional materials.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to empowering underserved youth.
- Excellent communication and teaching abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, volunteer‑based setting.
- Prior experience in UX design; teaching or mentorship experience is a plus.
