Training Specialist – Remote with Travel

About the role
The Training Specialist designs, delivers, and continuously improves learning programs for Ford Motor Credit Company’s global dealer and customer network. Working remotely, you will partner with internal stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to close performance gaps and ensure training aligns with corporate standards.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate high‑energy training sessions in‑person, via Microsoft Teams webinars, and one‑on‑one coaching.
- Collaborate with departments and SMEs to identify training priorities and develop targeted learning plans.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect current processes, procedures, and business models.
- Coordinate logistics for instructor‑led training, including room bookings, IT setup, and facility arrangements.
- Administer course evaluations, analyze performance data, and produce effectiveness reports.
- Observe training delivery, provide feedback, and work with Instructional Designers to enhance learning solutions.
- Ensure all content complies with L&D strategy and receives Design and Legal approvals.
- Manage the LMS and LXP (Oracle HCM, Degreed) by creating offerings, loading activities, and assigning learner credits.
Required profile
- Dynamic facilitator comfortable shifting between virtual, in‑person, and coaching formats.
- Strong collaborator who can build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and compliance.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 40% of the time.
