About the role
Ensemble Schools seeks an experienced, professional voice instructor to teach in‑person at the Rochester School of Music on a part‑time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Provide voice instruction for pop/rock and musical theatre repertoire to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Maintain consistent availability, preferably Saturdays 9 am‑2 pm, and coordinate schedule with school staff.
Required profile
- Degree in music performance or pedagogy, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, experience with young musicians, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check.
Required skills
- Ability to teach pop/rock vocal repertoire.
- Ability to teach musical theatre vocal repertoire.
