About the role

PragerU is seeking a dynamic Video Specialist focused on kids content. The role blends post‑production expertise with on‑set production skills to create high‑quality, engaging videos that align with the company’s mission of promoting American values.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 80% post‑production tasks—including editing, color correction, audio processing, and motion graphics—and 20% production duties such as filming and lighting.
• Collaborate with creative leads to incorporate editorial feedback, manage multiple concurrent projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, Sora) to streamline workflow and enhance storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven ability to juggle several projects across different phases while maintaining quality.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive mindset, and calmness under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for on‑location shoots.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop.
• Audio tools – ProTools, Audition (Logic Pro a plus).
• Strong knowledge of codecs, file types, and post‑production workflows.
• Camera operation, lighting setup, and on‑site sound recording.
• Experience with AI‑driven tools such as ElevenLabs and Sora.
• Live‑streaming and technical direction for live‑to‑tape productions.
